I have been taught well… My teacher has taught me patience. Patience is like light to a photographer. An essential element in the practice of the art. Patience allows. Patience listens. Patience observes…deeply, closely, carefully. These are valuable tools for a photographer. My teacher has taught me to appreciate. Appreciation allows for conscious focused attention. in turn, conscious focused attention cultivates appreciation. My teacher has taught me to feel gratitude. Gratitude can turn a moment into a work of art.
These are not secrets, These are gifts revealed. They are as natural as breathing. To share my perception is my joy. Generosity is a gift to both giver and receiver. When I share, I become both receiver and giver. Such is the nature of my usefulness such is the nature of the gifts
